Families with children love having access to nearby parks, playgrounds, daycare centers, and reputable preschools. It has been a long time since Oleander Pasadena was a small, humble community. It is now the most populous city in California and one of the largest cities in all of North America. The town had its start as a railway stop for those heading to Los Angeles from San Francisco, which was then called El Pueblo de Nuestra Señora la Reina de los Ángeles del Río Porciúncula (The Town of Our Lady Queen of Angels on Porciuncula River). In 1871 it became a critical junction with the Southern Pacific Railroad line, but it wasn’t until 1926 that Pasadena became its municipality. That year saw great growth in the city’s industry, becoming the center of the American film industry thanks to Samuel Goldwyn moving his operations there.

The city has grown since then, but since 1958 Oleander Pasadena has been under siege. Strange creatures have stalked the streets, killers have preyed on innocent citizens, and cultists have taken to the shadows. It has been a trying time for residents and police alike.
Oleander Pasadena was founded in 1872 on the bank of the Arroyo Seco.
In 1887, a region devastated by a plague was called “Pasadena”, from the flowers that grew on the westward slopes of the Arroyo Seco.

In January 1888, residents met at a polling station to decide on a formal name for their town and reached a unanimous decision. The name of “Oleander” was chosen out of respect for one oleander bush, which had been planted early in the town’s history.
The city was incorporated in 1901, and the population grew to about 8000 people.
Pasadena has been the center of the American film industry since 1914. The Mary Pickford Studio was located at 607 South Marengo Avenue, which later became one of Universal Studios’ stages.

Oleander Pasadena is a safe place to live because it has strong community ties, and the police department is an active participant in the city. Many residents have family members on the force, and police officers are seen as protectors. The department has a good relationship with the school district, giving them an arsenal of support in fighting crime. They go out of their way to meet with students and keep them safe, often going into schools to talk to young people about being careful and smart about their actions. The police force also meets with business owners to discuss what can be done to make Oleander safer and work together on the issue.

Oleander Pasadena has a strict policy of not allowing firearms into homes within city limits. This is because several high-ranking members of the local Mafia live in the city, are well-armed, and are known to shoot at authorities if they feel threatened. The police have tried being firm on this issue, but the Mafia seems to have connections with corrupt politicians.

The population of Oleander Pasadena is diverse, which means that there are many cultures existing in close quarters with one another. Oleander has seen a rise in criminal activity from outsiders, especially from the larger cities surrounding it.
