We do not offer a weight limit for our residents. Every resident is different, and we have not had any issues with anyone being overweight when they move into one of our homes. However, if a resident is going to be over the weight limit, we have a clause in our contracts that requires approval from management before moving in. Please feel free to reach out to your property manager if you have any questions! All of us here at Deepwater love our community and are happy to help in any way we can. As far as pets go, we do have a weight limit of 60 pounds for dogs. We allow up to 2 pets per home. However, the second pet must be approved by management before you move in.
Consumers can expect an excellent selection of products, including traditional grocery items, a bakery, a deli, a butcher shop, dairy products, frozen foods, produce, meat department, and more. In addition to groceries, shoppers will find plenty of clothing stores, including Forever 21 and JC Penney, as well as home decor from Bed Bath And Beyond.
The only risk living in a community that is based, understandably, on a floodplain is if there was a significant flood event or if the community were to be submerged underwater. Aside from this unrealistic scenario, residents expect to find themselves living in one of the best neighborhoods in North Harris County and enjoying all it has to offer. Residents can expect an excellent selection of stores, including Walmart and HEB grocery stores. Plus, it’s just minutes away from Lake Houston! There are also several parks for recreation right down the street and great schools nearby, including Tom Landry Middle School and Memorial Oaks Elementary school! Deepwater Pasadena is a place where families can feel at home.
